New bathroom fan. This thing is so overkill. It sucks up almost 3 times more air than is required for a room this size. But it's pretty quiet.

Our new doors! you can't see it, cus there's paper over it, but that middle part is glass. It's sandblasted though, not clear.

The old tile. A lot of them came up like this. Intact and with no Mastic left on them (they were not adhered with thinset)
That grey tile is 12x24 and it will go on the floor. the white tile is 4x16 and it's for the shower. the green tile is multi-shade glass tile used for accents in the shower and as a backsplash for the vanity
Lots of insulation. We only needed one piece, but we had to buy all this.
Yes, that's drywall. It's ok, cus we're putting Kerdi over it and you're supposed to use regular drywall under kerdi.
That orange stuff there is Kerdi. it's a waterproof membrane that goes over top of the drywall. It's awesome.
Tiles are going in!
That's the new spout. very sexy. That empty part on the bottom left still needs to be covered and tiled.

The last tile. Sort of. I still need to cut narrow strips of tile for that part near the ceiling.
