The white on toes is not unusual, and the puppy typically "grows out" of them by the time a pup is a few months old.

My mom came for a visit and we spent time snuggling all the pups. They wriggle and can be hard to hold, but they like to get in the crook of your neck and try to suckle your ear, or chin, or anything that gets near their mouth!
