Remember that great smile...and the full face guard... the Black Hills streams are all cranking. At 45 and rainy....kayaking is the best thing to do in the Black Hills on a day like today.

Good day to be a duck in the Black Hills. Headed toward Rapid City on Rapid Creek.
Don't often get to see a Columbine.
Perfect day to be a duck.....or a kayaker. Life is good on the river.
This drop is called the Hummer, Run it straight down the center.
Mike did OK the first trip...rolled, but came though fine. BUT we did not get a photo...so we/he elected to do it again, and get it clean while we got a few photos.
Seems to be a little off center.

Oh, and the promise to the wife to never run that drop again. Mike will be back in the river soon though...pretty sure of that.
