Hall of Prayer of Heaven (祈年殿) at the Park of Temple of Heaven (天坛)
It is a place for the emperor to pray to the God of Heaven for a harvest.
The marble stone base is of three levels: cloud, phoenix and dragon from the bottom to the top.
The god worshiped here is nothing but “Heaven”.
