Bob Marley Bash 2009

On Monday, February 9, 2009, the East Coast Grill held a special birthday party for Robert 'Nesta' Marley. The menu celebrated the cuisine of Jamaica and included beef patties, salt cod fritters, whole fried red snapper, Red Stripe, and much more. The music we played was all Bob.

Put A Little South In Your Mouth

Put A Little South In Your Mouth was a tribute to Southern cuisine at the East Coast Grill, on Monday, November 10, 2008. We served buttermilk fried chicken, pan fried pork chops, grit cakes, shrimp gumbo, hush puppies and more goodies. A real good time as had by all; customers and staff alike.

Shuck It 2008

On Monday, September 22, 2008, the East Coast Grill held a special event to honor North America's fastest oyster shucker, William "Chopper" Young. A special menu was served, comprised of six raw oyster dishes and five cooked oyster dishes. On Thursday, September 25, William "Chopper" Young boarded a flight for Galway, Ireland, to participate in the World Shucking Championship... this special event was intended to rally oyster fans around our continent's fastest shucker. Good luck Chopper!

Helloween 2007

Hell Nights at the East Coast Grill are world famous for the degree of heat and danger. Every Halloween, the E.C.G. presents a devilish menu of chile-spiked dishes, which are rated on a scale of one to ten bombs. Being that it is Halloween, the restaurant is darkly decorated, and customers are encouraged to dress up in costume! This is Helloween 2007.

Pig Roast 2007

In the winter of '07, the East Coast Grill had four whole pig roasts in consecutive months, titled "Pigs Around the World." These were four course barbeque dinners, with the Pig course being all-you-can-eat. Each different pig celebrated a different country and culture... Jamaican Pig Roast, Chinese Pig Roast, etcetera, and the rubs used and sides provided reflected the ethnicity. George, our Hell Night M.C., was also Master of Ceremony for the Pigs Around the World... and he even dressed up like a Pig!!!

Helloween 2006

Annual Halloween Hell Night at the East Coast Grill. Customers are encouraged to dress up in costume, and the best costume wins a prize! Not that a great costume will do much to protect against the scorching hot scotch bonnets, Thai bird chili's, or West African fatali peppers...
