Guadalupe River State Park 11/17/10

My friend Scott and I decided to travel to Guadalupe River State Park on November 16, 2010 to catch the Leonid Meteor Shower on the morning of November 17, 2010. Though we didn't photograph any meteorites, we saw a lot of cool stuff including some awesome shooting stars. Not more than one hour from San Antonio, Guadalupe River State Park in Spring Branch is the perfect getaway from the city lights. Scott took some great shots as well. Brazos Bend State Park 8/29/10 - Needville, TX

It was HUMID in Brazos Bend... And the drive took a lot out of me, too. Sorry that these guys aren't properly ID'd yet! Thank you Donna for the ID's you already provided! These pictures ranged from July 10-July 16 where only the first picture of the nesting osprey was taken outside of the park in Grand Tetons National Park. Every other picture from this series was from Yellowstone National Park.
