1/2 inch pvc for sprayer stand at the bottom
Two bottom supports. No need to glue, who cares if they leak
Space the sprayers at 3 inch intervals.
Tap #21 holes with 10-32 tap for the sprayers
Screw in a sprayer
Micro sprayers installed (5 head sprayer). More sprayers can be added.
Five head sprayer
Seven head sprayer. Two extra sprayers are added on the bottom of the top pipes.
Close-up of the pattern. The center pipe from the pump is called 1/2 inch "funny pipe" from Toro. The pipe slips onto the 1/2 " barb on the pump. I have changed the funnypipe to 1/2 hose from Lowes to reduce strain on the pump barb.
3 inch net pots ready for the media. The container is a Sterilite 18 gallon tote from Walmart ($4.40). Disregard that bottle on the right that says Poison.
The pump
Polyester fiber around the pump. Use a couple of long tie wraps to hold it on (not shown).
Filter bag
Place a filter bag around the pump.
Polyester fiberfill to wrap around the pump intake for filter.
6 foot siphon hose for draining.
Coconut pots soaking up water. Note how dirty they are.

Added a splash shield around the inside of the box to keep the spray from dripping out of the box. Frostking poly pipe insulation. this uses the funnypipe for connection to the pump.
